Using Science and Philosophy to create happier workplaces, a lesson in humanistic management.
To create happier more effective workplaces, we need to think differently about WHY we run our
businesses the way that we do and WHAT the role of management really is. We also need to know HOW to make it happen via practical techniques and skills that will help us to better manage our interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Philosophy can help us with the WHY and the WHAT of workplace happiness. Science can provide us with the HOW.
This presentation was adapted from Jennifer's remarks to the Happy Workplace Conclave in New Delhi India in 2017.
